• Personally commit four hours daily to contacting up to 100 people everyday in an effort to find a potential buyer for your property
• Install a professional sign and Supra Key System to speed the sale of your property
• Direct mail information to all of our past and current clients that might have an interest.
• Provide you weekly feedback from the showing of your property and provide suggestions about changes that will make the property more marketable to buyers
• Pre-qualify all potential buyers to save time and energy
• Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and assist you in negotiating the very best possible price and terms
• Complete a net sheet for each offer presented
• Handle follow-up and keep you informed weekly, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title, and closing procedures
• Coordinate delivery of your check at the closing
• If necessary, help to coordinate your next purchase
